I recently got my hands on a wonderful little vintage lens, the Helios 44-2. I've always struggled with manual focus, but this little lens is pushing me to become better. Self portraits are difficult enough, and when you add manually focusing to the picture it becomes even more difficult.

I look forward to working with this lens more.
