For years, I created art as a way to survive things I couldn’t yet name.
I didn’t always understand what I was trying to say, I just knew that self-portraiture gave me a way to speak without speaking. Through masks, shadows, blur, and metaphors, I found pieces of myself again. What I never expected was how much of myself I’d still have to face. Or how much beauty could rise from that reckoning.
Today, I want to finally share two offerings I’ve created from that place. They’ve lived quietly in me for a long time. Now they’re ready to live in the hands of others.
Becoming Seen: A Symbolic Self-Portrait Journey
A self-paced course that gently guides you through the art of symbolic self-portraiture using prompts, storytelling, and visual exploration to reconnect with your truth, your voice, and your creative presence.
This is for artists who long to be seen, but on their own terms.
Whether you’ve never stepped in front of the camera or you’ve spent years photographing yourself, this course will meet you where you are. Using self-portraiture as a mirror and metaphor, you’ll be encouraged to express not only what you see, but what you feel. Through guided exercises, poetic prompts, and symbolic exploration, you’ll develop a visual language rooted in authenticity and emotional depth.

Cut to the Marrow: Art from the Unspoken
A poetic guide for artists who create from silence, grief, memories, and longing.
Through seven themed sections, you’ll explore unspoken truths and transform them into art, through journaling, metaphors, and symbolic image-making. This offering is for the artist who doesn’t just create to be seen, but to survive, to make sense, to name what the world never gave them permission to speak.
This isn’t just a guide. It’s a companion. A mirror. A soft rebellion against invisibility.

Both offerings are different, but they come from the same place in me:
A place of ache and beauty.
A place that still believes in transformation.
A place that trusts art to carry what words can’t.
If one of these calls to you, I hope you’ll join me there.
